We support men, women, and children who have either recently or in the past experienced rape or sexual assault. Rape and sexual assault are incredibly traumatic and soul-distorting.

We know it is imperative that crisis intervention take place as early as possible for such acts of interpersonal violence. Recovering from sexual assault takes time, and the healing process can be painful. But you can regain your sense of control, rebuild your self-worth, and learn to heal.

Grief Therapy: Grief Therapy Addresses Sudden and Painful Loss. Unfortunately, grief is an inevitable, inescapable part of life. We will all lose someone we love at some point in our life and the loss can often hit us harder than we expect. Grief therapy addresses bereavement and all kinds of loss.

When a loved one passes away suddenly, the people left behind often experience traumatic grief. In order to deal with this intense kind of grief, therapy can be a helpful and healthy way to process painful emotions.

The goals of this form of therapy include emotional regulation, reduction of trauma symptoms, learning skills to cope and manage trauma, and processing losses associated with grief. We offer the
