Recovery Coaching

This is a type of future-focused strengths-based support for people with addictions or in recovery from alcohol, codependency, pornography, sexual addiction, or other addictive behavior.

We offer invaluable assistance to people attempting to overcome compulsive, obsessive, or destructive behaviors. We listen, normalize feelings, and help people make decisions about what to do with their lives, including the role of addiction and the recovery plan.

We assist clients in achieving abstinence from the source(s) of addition or reducing the harm associated with addictive behaviors through detoxification, treatment, family support, and education.

We also work exclusively with the families of recovering individuals to establish and maintain a strong foundation in recovery, as well as to build on recovery to achieve other life goals that make recovery worthwhile. With or without medication, having someone to talk to can help you cope with difficult emotions or a long-standing set of personal habits.
